The Crow and the Peacock – A Tale of Self-Acceptance
Once upon a time, in a bright green forest, there lived a crow who was unhappy with himself. He often compared himself to other birds and wished he were more colorful and beautiful.
One day, the crow saw a magnificent peacock with bright, shiny feathers. The peacock looked graceful and proud, and the crow felt even more disappointed in his dull black feathers.
📖 The Story
The crow thought, “If I had feathers like a peacock, everyone would admire me!”
So, he picked up some fallen peacock feathers and decorated himself. Proud of his new look, he walked among the peacocks.
But instead of admiring him, the peacocks laughed. They said, “You’re not one of us! Be happy with who you are.”
Ashamed and sad, the crow returned home. He looked at his shiny black feathers and finally realized his own beauty.
